LVMH Strategic Planning Communication Intern

- Ensure the dissemination and internal understanding of LVMH's values, embedding these principles within the workforce to uphold the brand's identity.
- Enhance talent coherence and experience by supporting the promotion of all HR initiatives.
- Advocate for the Group's values and promote the LVMH career journey in collaboration with HR teams.
- Actively participate in and monitor projects related to strategic planning and brand strategy, contributing to the creation and adaptation of graphic and editorial identities.
- Engage in digital and audiovisual production, assisting in the design and deployment of innovative content.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts by disseminating key information to employees.
- Currently enrolled in a communication or marketing program with a strong interest in corporate HR communication.
- Keen interest in the luxury sector, known for its excellence and innovation.
- Excellent writing skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and impactful content for various platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in communication and corporate lexicons, with the ability to adapt to internal and external communication codes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Creativity and initiative, with the ability to propose new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of communication efforts.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or marketing.
