1. Ensure the internal dissemination and understanding of LVMH's values to reinforce the group's identity.
2. Enhance talent coherence and experience by promoting all HR initiatives.
3. Advocate for the group's values and promote the LVMH career journey in collaboration with HR teams.
4. Participate in strategic planning and brand strategy projects, contributing to the creation and adaptation of graphic and editorial identities.
5. Engage in digital and audiovisual production, contributing to the design and deployment of innovative content.
6. Assist in the dissemination of key internal communication messages to employees.

1. Currently enrolled in a communication or marketing program with a strong interest in corporate HR communication and the luxury sector.

1. Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and impactful content for various platforms and audiences.
2. Proficiency in different communication lexicons, both corporate and external.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Creativity and a proactive approach to contribute new ideas and continuously improve communication efforts.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication or marketing.
