1. Ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and high-value inventory within the boutique.
2. Proactively minimize theft, fraud, and loss while maintaining a welcoming environment.
3. Escort clients and visitors to secure areas, adhering to strict security protocols.
4. Activate and deactivate the premise alarm system as required.
5. Manage access control and monitor CCTV feeds for security breaches.
6. Conduct security inspections using a wand/metal detector.
7. Coordinate between the sales floor and the CCTV room using radios.
8. Receive and process incoming packages under CCTV surveillance.

1. 5+ years of experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.
2. Valid and active California Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
3. Authorization to work as a security officer in the state of California.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security software/surveillance systems.
2. Strong investigative and audit skills with a proactive approach to security risks.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 5 years in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement, preferably within a luxury retail or high-end business environment.
