LVMH Store Manager

- Lead business development by creating and nurturing client relationships through all interactions.
- Develop and execute the Store Commercial Action Plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate memorable client experiences and foster genuine relationships to drive business.
- Implement a proactive sales strategy based on local market opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop client strategies and enhance business opportunities.
- Organize strategic events to elevate client experiences both in-store and externally.
- Develop networking activities to strengthen the store's market presence.
- Inspire and lead the team by embodying LVMH values and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure store success and effective communication.
- Delegate and manage boutique projects, ensuring operational fluidity and cost optimization.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse and high-performing team.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Strategize outreach to the local prestige market and cultivate partnerships to boost sales.
- Plan and implement events to develop the prestige business.
- 5+ years of management experience in a free-standing store, preferably with over 50 staff and/or 5 billion JPY in annual sales.
- 3-5 years of experience in the luxury sector, with a preference for jewelry and watches.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in team development.
- Collaborative approach and ability to foster a united work environment.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
