LVMH Store Manager

- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead and develop the store's business strategically, fostering a culture of excellence in sales, client experience, and loyalty.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
- Supervise the operations manager and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock management.
- Be a CELINE ambassador, representing the brand in community activities and developing relationships with nearby store managers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business.
- Retail experience required.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business, with a strong background in retail.
