1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
3. Lead and develop the store's business strategically, fostering a culture of excellence in sales, client experience, and loyalty.
4. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example and strong presence on the shop floor.
5. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in all processes.
7. Supervise the operations manager and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock management.
8. Be a CELINE ambassador, representing the brand in community activities and developing relationships with nearby store managers.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business.
2. Retail experience required.

1. Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
2. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
3. In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
8. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of experience in management within the luxury/fashion business, with a strong background in retail.
