- Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment aligned with brand ethos.
- Oversee hiring decisions, performance reviews, and development strategies for direct reports.
- Ensure staff meet grooming, appearance, and conduct standards.
- Cultivate a positive, feedback-driven environment emphasizing diversity and collaboration.
- Manage store scheduling, policy adherence, payroll integrity, and staff turnover.
- Maintain contingency plans for staffing situations.
- Dedicate 70% of time to the sales floor, balancing with administrative tasks.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented per corporate directives.
- Monitor retail operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations on loss prevention, inventory management, and policy adherence.
- Stay informed on company HR policies and labor laws.
- Develop client relationships through comprehensive client development strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, suggesting innovative performance enhancements.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders like mall management.
- Implement market-centric strategies, fostering new partnerships.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items.
- Proven managerial skills with the ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.

- Flexibility for retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
