LVMH Social Media & Brand Content Assistant (Alternance)

- Support the Social Media Manager in developing and executing the international social media and brand content programme for KENZO Parfums, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- Manage international social accounts: contribute to the organic editorial calendar, produce content, write captions and execute publishing.
- Coordinate asset development with art direction, marketing teams and external agencies — manage briefs, oversee production and post-production.
- Contribute to the drafting and distribution of international Social Media guidelines for local markets and provide operational support to those markets.
- Monitor competitors, platform innovations and emerging formats; prepare syntheses and present insights to internal teams.
- Assist with paid social best practices and support the creation of performance reportings and campaign analysis.
- Enrolled in a specialised programme in Digital, Communication or Commerce with a digital focus, or equivalent university curriculum, and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Demonstrated interest in perfumery, beauty and luxury brand environments.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory for international collaboration.
- Strong editorial and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a developed sense of visual composition.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates seeking an alternance/apprenticeship. Prior internship experience in social media or digital content is advantageous but not required.
Currently enrolled in a Digital, Communication or Commerce school with a specialization in digital, or equivalent university programme; eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
