LVMH Social Affairs Intern

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Process data and update tracking tables
- Compile booklets for meetings
- Draft meeting minutes and reports
- Organize and optimize the department's schedule
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and annual events
- Manage meeting registrations, invitations, and participant responses
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Executive Assistance or related field
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong orthographic and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to executive assistance or administrative roles.
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Executive Assistance or related field
