1. Coordinate and ensure the efficient organization of the showroom during sales events, maintaining cleanliness and order.
2. Assist in the preparation of sample orders and organize collections post-client meetings.
3. Support the commercial team with organizational tasks, including scheduling, IT, and sales tools.
4. Facilitate the preparation of new sample stocks, including monitoring deliveries and assisting with sample cutting according to online schedules.
5. Organize the back-office, ensuring proper storage of swatches and samples.
6. Support the Showroom Manager during sales, addressing client needs and managing appointments and requests.
7. Contribute to the preparation of commercial events such as trade shows and private sales.
8. Provide additional support at the warehouse as needed.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion, sales, or commerce.

2. Dynamic and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without stress.
3. Excellent analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, and humble.
5. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion, sales, or commerce.
