LVMH Senior Internal Auditor

- Conduct financial, operational, and ethics & compliance audits across LVMH's global operations, providing high-value recommendations to enhance internal control quality and compliance.
- Assess the implementation of internal control procedures within the Maisons and their subsidiaries, identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis to pinpoint audit issues and pragmatic recommendations, collaborating closely with data analysts.
- Draft audit reports that highlight encountered issues and offer pragmatic, high-value recommendations, ensuring clarity for those not directly involved in the audited processes.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans following completed audits.
- Engage with internal controllers, ethics & compliance correspondents, financial directors, and operational directors across the Maisons and their subsidiaries.
- Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent), ideally in an international setting.
- Experience as an external auditor (Big 4) is advantageous.
- Professional or academic international experience is beneficial.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Experience with large international groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomous yet adaptable personality with strong team spirit.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to identify organizational or process improvement areas and assess risks.
- Knowledge of information systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to propose corrective actions, improvements, and best practices tailored to the Group's needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to interact with diverse organizations and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent).
