1. Conduct financial, operational, and ethics & compliance audits across LVMH's global operations, providing high-value recommendations to enhance internal control quality and compliance.
2. Assess the implementation of internal control procedures within the Maisons and their subsidiaries, identifying potential areas for improvement.
3. Utilize data analysis to pinpoint audit issues and pragmatic recommendations, collaborating closely with data analysts.
4. Draft audit reports that highlight encountered issues and offer pragmatic, high-value recommendations, ensuring clarity for those not directly involved in the audited processes.
5. Monitor the implementation of action plans following completed audits.
6. Engage with internal controllers, ethics & compliance correspondents, financial directors, and operational directors across the Maisons and their subsidiaries.

1. Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent), ideally in an international setting.
2. Experience as an external auditor (Big 4) is advantageous.
3. Professional or academic international experience is beneficial.
4. High level of ethics and integrity.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
6. Experience with large international groups.

5. Knowledge of information systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).

7. Ability to meet deadlines.
8. Capacity to interact with diverse organizations and stakeholders.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent).
