LVMH Senior Internal Auditor

- Conduct comprehensive audits (financial, operational, ethical, and compliance) across LVMH's global operations, providing high-value recommendations to enhance internal control quality and compliance.
- Evaluate the implementation of internal control procedures within the Group's maisons and subsidiaries, identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis to identify audit points and develop pragmatic recommendations in collaboration with data analysts.
- Draft clear and concise audit reports highlighting issues and providing high-value, pragmatic recommendations for non-specialists.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans following completed audits.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including internal controllers, ethics and compliance correspondents, financial directors, and operational managers across the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5, MBA, or equivalent), ideally in an international context.
- Experience as an external auditor (Big 4 experience is advantageous).
- Professional or academic international experience is a plus.
- High level of ethics and integrity.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is an asset.
- Experience with large international groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomous yet adaptable personality with strong team spirit.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to identify organizational or process improvement points and assess risks.
- Knowledge of information systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to propose corrective actions, improvements, and best practices tailored to the Group's needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to interact with various organizations and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced degree (Bac +5, MBA, or equivalent)
