1. Conduct comprehensive audits (financial, operational, ethics & compliance) across LVMH's global operations, providing high-value recommendations to enhance internal control quality and compliance.
2. Evaluate the implementation of internal control procedures within the Group's Maisons and subsidiaries, identifying potential areas for improvement.
3. Leverage data analysis to pinpoint audit issues and develop pragmatic recommendations, collaborating closely with data analysts.
4. Draft audit reports highlighting encountered issues and offering clear, high-value recommendations, ensuring clarity for those not directly involved in the audited processes.
5. Monitor the implementation of action plans following completed audits.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5, MBA, or equivalent), ideally in an international context.
2. Experience as an external auditor (Big 4 experience is advantageous).
3. International professional or academic experience is beneficial.
4. High ethical standards and integrity.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is advantageous.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Autonomous yet adaptable to diverse environments, with a strong team spirit.
4. Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
5. Capability to identify organizational or process improvement areas and assess associated risks.
6. Knowledge of information systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
7. Ability to propose corrective actions, improvements, and best practices tailored to the Group's needs.
8. Ability to meet deadlines.
9. Capacity to interact with various organizations and stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, preferably with exposure to large international groups.
