LVMH Senior Internal Auditor - Ethics & Compliance

- Conduct audits to review the implementation of LVMH Group's Ethics & Compliance program within its Maisons and subsidiaries, identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure that risks identified in the corruption risk mapping are mitigated by effective preventive measures.
- Review anti-money laundering measures and associated controls in stores based on guidelines from the Group's Ethics & Compliance department.
- Draft audit reports highlighting issues and providing pragmatic, high-value recommendations, ensuring clarity for those not directly involved in the audited processes.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans following completed audits.
- Degree from a leading business or engineering school, or a postgraduate degree with a specialization in compliance, audit, risk, or legal studies.
- 6-7 years of professional experience in a large corporation, international audit firm, or regulatory body, within compliance/internal control and/or risk management teams.
- Interest in regulatory issues (notably Sapin II) and their operational application.
- International professional or academic experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an asset.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strong knowledge of regulations related to anti-corruption, international sanctions compliance, and anti-money laundering.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to understand complex situations.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and autonomy.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
Degree from a leading business or engineering school, or a postgraduate degree.
