LVMH Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer

- Draft and negotiate complex and strategic contracts, including partnership agreements, artistic direction contracts, ambassador and influencer agreements, service and creation contracts, audiovisual production agreements, art loan contracts, publishing agreements, and intellectual property rights acquisition and licensing agreements.
- Provide legal support and advice in complex mergers and acquisitions, including intellectual property audits and risk analysis.
- Offer strategic legal counsel to various departments within LVMH Holding on intellectual property matters, including Communication, Digital/AI, Corporate Affairs, Strategy, Environment, and Training.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple LVMH brands and contribute to the intellectual property community within the group by developing guidelines and sharing best practices, particularly in AI.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters related to LVMH Holding and support brands with certain intellectual property disputes.
- Juris Doctor or equivalent with a specialization in intellectual property law, contract law, or media and communication law (Master II).
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or the legal department of a large international company.
- Significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Experience in intellectual property audits within M&A transactions is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for an international work environment.
