LVMH Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer

1. Draft and negotiate complex and strategic contracts, including partnership agreements for major sporting events, artistic direction contracts, ambassador and influencer agreements, service and creation contracts, audiovisual production agreements, art loan agreements, publishing contracts, and intellectual property acquisition and licensing agreements.
2. Provide legal support and counsel for complex mergers and acquisitions, including intellectual property audits and risk analysis.
3. Offer strategic legal advice to various departments within LVMH Holding on intellectual property matters, including Communication, Digital/AI, Corporate Affairs, Strategy, Environment, and Training.
4. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple Maisons within the Group and contribute to the intellectual property community's activities, including developing guidelines and sharing best practices, particularly in AI.
5. Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases related to LVMH Holding and support Maisons with specific intellectual property disputes.

1. Legal education with specialization in intellectual property law, contract law, or communication and media law (Master II).
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or the legal department of a large international company.
3. Significant experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
4. Ideally, experience in intellectual property audits within M&A transactions.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in an international work environment.
6. Proactive, reactive, and capable of working autonomously.
7. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
