LVMH Senior Human Resources Specialist

- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Review, consolidate and validate commissions and incentive payouts; liaise with external payroll vendors to guarantee adherence to local labour regulations and internal policies.
- Design, administer and monitor compensation and benefits programmes, including market salary benchmarking, medical and insurance offerings, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee regional HR operations and the employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, HR administration and confidential personnel record-keeping in the HRIS.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and annual HR reports; support internal and external audits and ensure statutory submissions and tax filings are accurate and on schedule.
- Provide operational HR advisory to stakeholders across the region and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated regional payroll exposure across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (5–8 years preferred).
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration and conducting salary benchmarking/market analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of local labour laws and statutory compliance obligations in the three jurisdictions.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis.
- High level of discretion and integrity handling confidential employee information; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, regional environment and to deliver against tight deadlines.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong regional payroll exposure; 5–8 years preferred. Prior experience in luxury retail or FMCG is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
