LVMH Senior Buyer - General Expenses and HR

- Define the global strategy for purchasing categories, including a 3–5 year vision, roadmap management, and synergy opportunities to maximize value for the Maisons.
- Enhance purchasing maturity by increasing coverage, qualitative and financial gains, and project performance impact.
- Explore and develop new categories by providing technical and purchasing expertise, aligning with Maison needs, and structuring new panels.
- Support regional purchasing teams (Europe, USA, Asia) with expertise, processes, tools, and operational support.
- Monitor and optimize supplier performance through KPIs, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), progress plans, and innovation initiatives.
- Act as a recognized Group reference, influencing and educating Maisons on purchasing strategy, value, and best practices.
- Identify and develop new synergy opportunities, including panel convergence, practice rationalization, and specification harmonization.
- Co-lead cross-functional projects within the Group Purchasing Department, such as digitalization and environmental impact initiatives.
- Regularly report to management on project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement, ensuring contract and supplier performance tracking.
- Support LVMH Holding on all related projects within the scope.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from a business school, engineering school, or with a master's in purchasing.
- Proven leadership with the ability to unite and influence at all hierarchical levels.
- Strong results orientation, analytical and strategic mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and change management abilities.
- Autonomy, proactivity, resilience, and innovation sense.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in indirect purchasing.
