LVMH Sales Development Coordinator

1. Support the Sales Development Team through detailed reporting and communication.
2. Provide insights and executive summaries on weekly retail sales, tracking performance against targets.
3. Reconcile monthly sales reports with actual results.
4. Analyze Gift Set Sell Thru Reports during key commercial periods for the US and Canada.
5. Manage forecasting and inventory, including setting up monthly forecast templates for new product launches.
6. Update and manage the Newness Calendar with new launches and historical comparisons.
7. Communicate bi-weekly inventory status and manage order forms seasonally.
8. Create templates for seasonal and new product launches and monitor quota issues.
9. Reconcile shipments versus allocations for launches and point of sale materials.
10. Assist in strategic allocation of point of sale materials and tools.
11. Support distribution updates and account management for independent accounts.
12. Attend monthly operations meetings to ensure coordination and problem-solving.
13. Create and update PowerPoint presentations for business reviews.
14. Participate in special projects to improve sales operations.
15. Collaborate with IT for reporting system updates and optimizations.
16. Partner with Key Account Managers and Business Planning Coordinators.
17. Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.

1. 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales administration.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with key executives.
2. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Team player with the ability to interact with internal and external partners.
5. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Flexibility and self-starter work ethic.

2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales administration.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.

The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
