1. Welcome and engage with clients in a luxury retail environment.
2. Advise clients and identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
3. Execute and track sales transactions effectively.

5. Contribute to stock management and inventory control.
6. Participate in merchandising activities to enhance store presentation.

1. Possession of a Baccalauréat.
2. Seeking an apprenticeship as part of ongoing studies.
3. Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
4. Strong interest in the retail and luxury sectors.

1. Enthusiastic and customer-service oriented.
2. Dynamic, responsive, and curious.
3. Proficient in French with the ability to communicate in English.

No prior experience required, though a background in sales is preferred.

Baccalauréat required. Enrollment in a program leading to a BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel (MCO) and the Brevet d’Excellence from the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence.

The apprenticeship includes full coverage of the training program at IFCV, located at 70, Rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois-Perret. Participants will also benefit from Master Classes organized across various LVMH brands.
