LVMH Retail Support Coordinator

- Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and finance partners.
- Oversee administrative duties for the regional office.
- Support the Regional Vice President with calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects.
- Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure budget adherence and expense management.
- Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and liaise with property management.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.
Hourly rate within the range of USD $30-$36.
