LVMH Retail Support Coordinator

- Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, stores, and finance partners.
- Provide administrative support to the regional office and the Regional Vice President, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
- Support the Senior Regional Operations Manager with operational objectives.
- Ensure stores operate within budget and manage expenses.
- Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and liaise with property management.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.
2-3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis is required.
An hourly rate ranging from USD $30 to $37, with the opportunity for a bonus.
