1. Manage the SAP function, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
2. Maintain relationships with vendors, stores, and finance partners.
3. Provide administrative support to the regional office and the Regional Vice President, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
4. Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events, including store renovations and openings.
5. Support the Senior Regional Operations Manager with operational objectives.
6. Ensure stores operate within budget and manage expenses.
7. Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
8. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and liaise with property management.

1. 2-3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
3. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

2-3 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis is required.

An hourly rate ranging from USD $30 to $37, with the opportunity for a bonus.
