- Mentor Client Advisors on selling and client engagement techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
- Enhance customer experience and boost sales conversions on the sales floor.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and introduce new customers to the Bulgari brand.
- Execute CRM activities to enhance client relations.
- Collaborate with management on community engagement and events.
- Facilitate after-sales activities such as exchanges and repairs.
- Identify and cultivate High Net Worth Individual sales and track metrics.

- Provide feedback to the sales team on client interactions.

- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role, ideally in luxury retail.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strategic agility and aptitude for leading teams.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Ability to strategize and implement practical business actions.
- Solid background in nurturing and empowering diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market.
- Client development and relationship building.
- Proficiency in retail software like Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role, ideally within the luxury retail sector, with experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales being advantageous.
