1. Support the operational execution of brick-and-mortar events, acting as the primary liaison for venue vendors and managing logistics.
2. Track and update event results to evaluate return on investment and success metrics.
3. Coordinate event schedules and update Anaplan inputs based on specific event themes and requirements.
4. Facilitate cross-team communications with Marketing, Retail Design/Visual Merchandising, and Dior Experience Expert teams.
5. Disseminate a variety of data related to brick-and-mortar business to the commercial director, key account manager, and sales team.
6. Collect and analyze sales and KPI data, providing daily analyses and syntheses to inform business decisions.
7. Manage orders and payments for corporate accounts and track the Big Sales list.
8. Prepare data and follow-up information needed for leadership market visits.

1. University degree

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Strong time management and prioritization skills
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proactive and open-minded attitude
5. English proficiency preferred

1–3 years of experience in the Retail or Cosmetics industry.
