1. Minimum of a Bac+2 in a commercial field (BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or a Bac+3 to 5 in a related university discipline (literature, languages, humanities, art history, etc.).

1. Enthusiasm and sensitivity to luxury values.
2. Strong interpersonal, service, and commercial skills.
3. Excellent communication and discourse level.
4. Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) are advantageous.

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Bac+2 minimum in a commercial field or Bac+3 to 5 in a related university discipline.

The program includes a Retail Manager Mode et Beauté certification (Bac+3 level) recognized by the Ministry of Labor, and the Brevet d’Excellence from the Institut ME. Training at EMA SUP Paris is fully funded for participants.
