1. Assist in enhancing Omni-Channel efficiency and client order management to improve response times and fulfilment rates.
2. Provide regular updates on pending client orders and establish a monitoring system for key performance indicators.
3. Participate in the development of tools and dashboards to monitor Omni-Channel performance.
4. Contribute to inventory optimization strategies and assist in developing programs to improve sell-through rates of seasonal products.
5. Support reverse logistics and inventory management, including stock cleaning and transfer management.
6. Assist in the monthly adjustment of forecasts for permanent and seasonal products.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2026.

1. Analytical skills with experience in operational processes.
2. Organizational skills with attention to detail and data orientation.
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Knowledge of Power BI, programming skills (VBA, SQL), and SAP experience is advantageous.
6. Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey data insights analytically.

Beginner level experience in supply chain or related fields is required.
