LVMH Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and implement strategic action plans with Retail Account Managers to achieve specific volume goals.
- Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings on platforms such as Yelp and Google.
- Lead and develop a team of Retail Account Managers and Aestheticians, fostering professional growth and succession planning.
- Ensure in-store merchandising reflects the brand's high standards and culture.
- Oversee the execution of new store openings and the addition of new business classes, in collaboration with corporate account personnel.
- Identify potential new retail locations and assess existing ones for discontinuation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the beauty industry or a similar field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of an E-Verify check.
- State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in managing retail operations and merchandising.
- Ability to work independently and manage a home office.
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail management within the beauty industry or a similar environment is required.
The target salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
