1. Manage the recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and seasonal staff, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and disseminating job postings, and overseeing candidate selection and integration.
2. Conduct individual follow-ups with interns and apprentices to ensure their well-being and professional development.
3. Facilitate community engagement through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand.
5. Enhance communication efforts by promoting job offers on social media, developing communication and training materials, and collaborating with MH for specific requests.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Prior experience in an HR role, preferably with recruitment exposure.
3. Fluency in French and English.

1. Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
2. Service-oriented with a proactive approach and quick responsiveness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and writing proficiency.
5. Organizational, rigorous, and intellectually curious.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with prior exposure to HR functions through internships or apprenticeships.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
