LVMH Real Estate Project Manager

1. Oversee daily operations for real estate, facilities, and sustainability, optimizing administrative processes, record-keeping, and communication.
2. Manage property-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective coordination across departments.
3. Develop and manage budgets for all property projects and operations, implementing cost-saving strategies and ensuring financial accountability.
4. Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across properties, including managing environmental assessments and compliance with green building standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, project financial oversight, and/or corporate sustainability roles.

1. Strong project management and reporting skills.
2. Familiarity with AutoCAD and project/property management software.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proven capacity to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in real estate management, project financial oversight, and/or corporate sustainability roles is required.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Construction, Real Estate).
