LVMH Purchasing Project Assistant

- Participate in the complete and secure purchasing process for new items, products, or services across various purchasing categories.
- Send supplier consultations and conduct negotiations to achieve set objectives.
- Analyze offers and finalize negotiations with the support of Category Buyers.
- Assign markets and initiate pricing to trigger supply orders upon validation by Category Buyers.
- Report activities using the Per Angusta tool.
- Monitor purchasing commitments.
- Develop purchasing tools in alignment with strategies and best practices within the maisons.
- Engage in benchmarking and knowledge management.
- Contribute to cross-functional Moët Hennessy projects related to the new three-year purchasing strategy.
- Enrollment in a Master’s program with a specialization in Purchasing (business school, engineering school, or university).
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience in purchasing within a large company.
- Familiarity with the luxury or wine and spirits industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ARIBA, Per Angusta, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Curiosity and integrity.
- Initiative and leadership skills.
- Ability to synthesize issues and work effectively in a team.
Entry-level experience with at least six months in a purchasing role within a large company.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field.
