1. Participate in strategic purchasing meetings and align with the expectations of the Purchasing Manager and Marketing and Communication departments.
2. Develop purchasing tools in accordance with established strategies and best practices within the Houses.
3. Conduct benchmarking and manage knowledge resources.
4. Perform market studies of suppliers and enhance market expertise.
5. Engage in sourcing, offer analysis, negotiation, tendering, and supplier selection.
6. Manage projects and improve purchasing processes across various expenditure areas.
7. Report and maintain KPIs such as risk management, supplier count, compliance levels, savings, and performance.
8. Evaluate suppliers against Moët Hennessy's standards.
9. Manage supplier relationships.

1. Fluency in English
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Knowledge of ARIBA and SAP is advantageous
