LVMH Purchasing Coordinator

- Leverage purchasing synergies across Maisons through the initiation of cross-category projects, including expense analysis, sourcing, negotiation, and framework contract implementation.
- Facilitate working groups coordinating multiple Maisons.
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Implement common purchasing processes and tools.
- Provide methodology and expertise to Maisons based on their needs and maturity.
- Manage relationships with purchasing representatives of the Maisons.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Define purchasing strategy across different categories.
- Organize business reviews with key suppliers as part of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Final year student in a business or engineering school with a focus on commerce, or a Master's student specializing in Purchasing.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, operational rigor, and autonomy.
- Initiative-taking, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
A first experience in Marketing-Communication Purchasing is advantageous.
Final year student in business or engineering school or Master's student specializing in Purchasing.
