1. Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, verification and validation of supplier account creation, negotiation and contract setup, and ongoing supplier performance follow-up.
2. Train and support internal stakeholders on procurement processes and delegated purchasing.
3. Coordinate and run MHCS tenders: gather internal requirements, perform sourcing, prepare consultation dossiers, negotiate and follow up service delivery.
4. Support organisation of annual Business Reviews: consolidate data with internal clients, prepare presentation materials, coordinate and run meetings.
5. Assist the Purchasing Manager in daily management of the Services, Flows and Operations scope.

1. Final‑year Master's student in Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent (alternance required)
2. Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail
3. Proven negotiation capability or demonstrated aptitude for negotiation
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office)
5. Autonomous, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset
