1. Participate in the stages of ongoing construction projects, including project definition and programming.
2. Engage in negotiations with service providers and companies.
3. Assist in managing stakeholders such as engineering firms, architects, and designers.
4. Monitor the proper execution of construction through participation in meetings and regular site visits.
5. Contribute to the reception of works, final project accounts, and compilation of executed works dossiers.
6. Support the project director in managing other tasks, including drafting summary notes for management arbitration and archiving related to operations.

1. Higher education degree from an Engineering or Architecture School.
2. Proven initial experience in construction management or execution company.

3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.

Entry-level experience in construction management or related fields.

Degree from an Engineering or Architecture School.
