2. Guarantee the performance, quality, quantity, deadlines, and safety of the team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
3. Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful direction to the team and address their needs effectively.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
6. Oversee the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.

2. Ability to work on exploratory projects related to workshop development.
3. Initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 3 years in production team management within an industrial environment is required.

Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
