1. Manage section heads, assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate performances.
2. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage teamwork.
3. Provide training, conduct reviews, and manage disciplinary actions.
4. Enhance and maintain 5S and proper housekeeping standards.
5. Identify and escalate improvement opportunities.
6. Oversee and achieve production schedule objectives.
7. Analyze production schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
8. Adapt production processes to meet changing requirements in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
9. Monitor and manage attendance and overtime.
10. Ensure consistent quality in production processes.
11. Implement and manage in-process inspections.
12. Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
13. Prepare reports on production indicators for monitoring and review.
14. Act as a liaison between management and operators, communicating concerns and strategic objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

1. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
2. Supervisory experience
3. Understanding of manufacturing process flow and supporting functions
4. Knowledge of hazardous substances

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
