1. Coordinate operations including packing, shipping, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments from the Copenhagen office.
2. Facilitate external communication and coordination, including brand values and press releases.
3. Conduct reporting, trend analysis, and research related to brand image and products.
4. Assist the PR Manager in identifying opportunities for new product launches and decoding trends for communication strategies.
5. Support the development of influencer strategies and discover new tactics and trends related to product launches.
6. Assist in the organization of events.
7. Perform additional tasks related to reporting and daily operations.

1. Strong interest in public relations and the luxury industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.

1. Up-to-date knowledge of trends on TikTok and Instagram.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects daily.

6. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes/Outlook.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for an intern.
