- Serve as the brand guardian to ensure flawless execution for each new launch and visual rollout.
- Assist the Retail Design and VM Manager in driving and implementing the Visual Merchandising strategy across in-store, sites, and windows, aligning with the global brand strategy to deliver a commercial return.
- Collaborate with local agencies to develop visual merchandising elements in accordance with global guidelines, supporting new product launches and driving growth in core categories.
- Work seamlessly with external VM consultants and agencies to ensure consistent, high-level executions.
- Forecast and manage the inbounding of global VM tools ahead of installations.
- Lead visual rollouts across all focus doors.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising practices to ensure innovation, consumer interest, and increased store profitability, sharing insights with the Store Design and VM Manager.
- Support store and retail teams with temporary animations, merchandising, and counter maintenance, ensuring swift and efficient resolutions.
- Oversee the provision of Visual Merchandising principles and planograms for all stores, collaborating with sales teams and regional account managers to ensure correct assortment.
- Manage the LVMH online ordering process for monthly NSV by door.
- Ensure adherence to the POSM budget and report back to the Store Design and VM Manager.
- Raise purchase orders and update the 'Local Merchandising' budget with all local production costs and elements.
- Create supporting documents for communication with retail and HQ teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building abilities both internally and externally.
- Effective performance in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, InDesign, and desirable skills in Sketch Up and AutoCAD.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and initiative.
- Understanding of customer experience requirements in a department store.
Minimum of 3 years in a Visual Merchandising or Store Design position, with a keen interest in the luxury industry and beauty sector.
