1. Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
2. Support store staff with basic visual merchandising tasks and standards.
3. Visit stores to support visual merchandising efforts.
4. Assist with the setup of visual merchandising elements for new department store openings.
5. Order visual merchandising supplies for new launches.
6. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of display materials.
7. Maintain the condition of displays, fixtures, and signage, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of display materials and fixtures.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 3 years of administrative and operational experience

1. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is an advantage

A minimum of 3 years in administrative and operational roles, with some experience in visual merchandising being advantageous.
