1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the distribution function aligned with overall company objectives.
2. Lead and develop high-performing teams to ensure the achievement of LVMH expansion in North America.
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Evaluate and optimize the distribution network for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Stay current with advancements in distribution technology and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and logistics partners.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to distribution operations.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

1. Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role within distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
2. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and emerging trends.
3. Fluency in English; Spanish and French language skills are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.

Salary range of $240,000-$260,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
