1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in the maintenance of merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
3. Residency in South Gran Canaria with a valid driver's license and vehicle.
