LVMH Traffic Supervisor

1. Ensure all outbound loads are called in for routing prior to cancellation dates.
2. Manage a team of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks.
3. Oversee all international freight operations.
4. Ensure accurate completion of all international shipping documents.
5. Maintain valid IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certifications.
6. Adhere to customer VCG requirements to minimize chargebacks.
7. Identify and anticipate areas of noncompliance and formulate action plans.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication, extensions, and dispute resolution.

1. 2-5 years of experience in traffic management, particularly in shipping to major retailers.
2. Experience in retail vendor compliance.
3. 2-5 years of international shipping experience.
4. 1-3 years of experience working with freight forwarders.

1. Proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous.
2. Experience with PKMS and SAP systems.
3. Familiarity with RF environments.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

College degree or equivalent.

The salary range is $65,000 - $70,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
