LVMH Talent Management Intern

1. Manage partnerships with educational institutions to enhance brand visibility and leverage platforms like LinkedIn and INSIDE LVMH.
2. Assist the Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, shortlisting, and conducting video interviews.
3. Post job openings on Talentlink, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
4. Coordinate interviews and organize assessment centers for intern positions, supporting the overall intern experience.
5. Develop and execute online candidate search campaigns using various internet-based resources.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
7. Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
8. Research and coordinate external training courses and internal LVMH training programs.
9. Organize and communicate DEI committee meetings, focus groups, and events.
10. Explore and propose Corporate Social Responsibility partnerships.
11. Coordinate internal events, manage RSVPs, logistics, and liaise with external providers.
12. Support internal communications by gathering content and monitoring employee engagement.
13. Prepare offer letters and contracts for intern hires, and ensure all trackers and agreements are accurate.
14. Raise purchase orders and liaise with Accounts for invoice processing.
