LVMH Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for both retail and head office positions, including job advertisement creation, job board postings, social media campaigns, CV screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and candidate management.
2. Ensure a seamless recruitment process, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
3. Proactively source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networks, and talent pools.
4. Manage and expand a robust network of potential candidates for talent pools.
5. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and continuously optimize applicant tracking systems and processes.
6. Analyze, track, and expand relevant recruitment KPIs and reporting.
7. Support employer branding activities, including collaboration with universities and schools, and the development, planning, and execution of career fairs, workshops, and recruitment events.
8. Assist with specific HR projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.

1. In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, latest trends, best practices, and employer branding strategies.
2. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for utilizing new tools and digital methods.
4. Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
5. Exceptional organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.
6. Independent and structured working style with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
7. Quick learner with high agility.

Minimum 3 years

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education.
