LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for retail and head office positions, including job posting creation, job board advertisements, creative social media postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process with all necessary steps, guaranteeing a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and talent pools.
- Manage and expand a robust network of potential candidates for talent pools.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and measures to effectively target potential candidates, continuously optimizing applicant management systems and processes.
- Analyze, track, and expand relevant recruitment KPIs and reporting.
- Support employer branding activities, including collaboration with universities and schools, organizing and conducting university fairs, workshops, and recruitment events.
- Assist with specific HR projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, latest trends, best practices, and employer branding approaches.
- Experience with applicant management systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office with a strong affinity for utilizing new tools and digital methods.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Independent and structured working style with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Quick comprehension and high agility.
Minimum 3 years
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education.
