1. Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for retail and head office positions, including job posting creation, job board advertisements, social media campaigns, CV screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
2. Ensure a seamless recruitment process with all necessary steps, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
3. Proactively source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networks, and talent pools.
4. Manage and expand a strong network of potential candidates for talent pools.
5. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives for targeted candidate engagement, continuously optimizing applicant tracking systems and processes.
6. Analyze, track, and expand relevant recruitment KPIs and reporting.
7. Support employer branding activities such as collaboration with universities and schools, and the development, planning, and execution of job fairs, workshops, and recruitment events.
8. Assist with specific HR projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, latest trends, best practices, and employer branding approaches.
4. Experience with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
5. Proficient in MS Office with a strong affinity for utilizing new tools and digital methods.
6. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
