1. Assist in recruitment processes, including managing internships, drafting job descriptions, and publishing vacancies.
2. Monitor selection processes on platforms for all interns within the organization.
3. Implement internship agreements and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
4. Engage in employer branding activities, including liaising with universities and participating in career forums and job fairs.
5. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
6. Serve as a reference point for trainees within the organization.
7. Conduct exit interviews.
8. Collaborate in organizing training sessions, events, and participating in forums and meetings at universities and business schools.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); proficiency in French is beneficial.
3. Previous experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is valued.
4. Availability for immediate start.
5. Ability to sign a university agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
