1. Assist in the recruitment process for the retail sector of Benefit Cosmetics.
2. Create job postings and innovative social media advertisements, manage postings on job boards, conduct CV and candidate screenings, coordinate trial workdays, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
4. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future sales positions, and proactively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and talent pools.
5. Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist to continuously optimize applicant management and ensure an excellent candidate journey.
6. Support HR marketing and employer branding activities in retail, such as building networks with cosmetic and beauty schools.
7. Manage applicant tracking systems and undertake additional administrative HR tasks.

1. Advanced studies in business administration, preferably with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
2. Initial practical experience through internships or student employment, ideally in sales.
3. Familiarity with recruiting KPIs and reporting is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Fluency in German and good command of English.
3. Independent and structured work style with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of multitasking.

Entry-level experience, suitable for recent graduates or those with initial practical experience in similar roles.

Advanced studies in business administration or a related field.
