LVMH Supply Chain Quality Intern
LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics, a prominent division within the esteemed LVMH Group, operates its dynamic hub in Singapore, encompassing a workforce of 100 individuals and representing seven distinguished brands: Dior, Guerlain, Make Up Forever, Benefit, Fresh, Givenchy, and Kenzo. This hub is pivotal in supporting the rapidly evolving cosmetics business across the Asia-Pacific region, emphasizing quality process refinement and the development of analytical tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive process optimization in claims management by performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new online tools and enhancing their communication and marketing.
- Support the roll-out of new tools to additional sites within the Asia-Pacific region and provide training to internal and external teams.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the project committee to develop action plans aimed at reducing claims.
- Participate in data quality management by gathering evidence and determining root causes to ensure quality processes with logistics partners.
- Conduct thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of quality processes using data and internal auditing tools.
- Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies.
- Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking, reporting, and follow-up of KPIs and action plans.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship from January 26 to June 26.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is advantageous.
