LVMH Supply Chain Quality Intern

1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management by performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new online tool enhancements.
2. Enhance communication and marketing strategies for the new tool and support its rollout to new sites within the Asia-Pacific region.
3. Provide training to internal and external teams across APAC.
4. Identify improvement areas and develop action plans with the project committee to reduce claims.
5. Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process with logistics partners.
6. Conduct thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of quality processes using data and internal auditing tools.
7. Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies.
8. Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking, reporting, and follow-up of KPIs and action plans.

1. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship from January 26 to June 26.

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is advantageous.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Strong project management and change management skills.
4. Orientation towards continuous improvement, open-mindedness, and teamwork.
5. Customer and result-oriented mindset.

Beginner level experience in supply chain or quality management is preferred.
