1. Analyze forecast accuracy performance for Basics and Novelties across all product categories and brands.
2. Support the Forecast Modification process for PCD/Givenchy/Kenzo and manage stock exchanges.
3. Extract and prepare various reports to facilitate communication with supply and distribution planners.
4. Support monthly scorecard reporting for Demand, Supply & Distribution planning across all brands.
5. Prepare and automate Assortment lists for MUFE, LVMH FB, and Loewe P.
6. Maintain forecast systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
7. Publish stock landing estimation for supply planners across all brands.
8. Conduct punctual analysis as required.
9. Collaborate on planning tools and process improvements.
10. Maintain the Forecast power BI.
11. Create standard communication templates and process manuals.
12. Develop tools to track non-sellable items consumption plans.
13. Support the creation of a Forecasting Master file to consolidate data for ease of monthly forecasting.

1. Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
2. Interest and proficiency in data management.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems, forecasting software, and Power BI/Power Query/Power Pivot is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English; fluency in Japanese is a plus.
5. Comfortable working in a multicultural context.

Beginner level experience in supply chain or related fields is required.
